Business presentation is one important thing communicate our product to the customer. But how is it to convince the customer with our presentation? Firstly we have to prepare a good presentation. When making the presentation you have to answer five question words that is what, who, when, where, why and how. What presentation will be is it a work plan, project or product. Who will be there and listen to your presentation. When will it be held? Where will the presentation be held? Why should you do the presentation (what the purpose of the presentation)? And the last is “how you will present it”.
Presentation should consist of clear and to-the-point information. Don’t make a long opening for the presentation, it will bore the listener. Use short and clear sentence that will describe all the information. And you should never put anything that out of the topic.
Another important thing for your presentation is the way you present it. You have to build your confidence and get rid of all the nervous inside. You can do it by practicing the presentation until you feel comfort and sure that you can do it perfectly. If you do some mistakes don’t get nervous and try to be as calm as possible.
